  1. Alamo Drafthouse Screenings Sept 14-20

    The Alamo Drafthouse hosts seven screenings starting on opening night. Enjoy this landmark space!


  2. Berkeley & Oakland Screenings

    BrasArte and Eastside Cultural Center play host for several screenings in Berkeley and Oakland. Eastside Cultural Cultural Center’s monthly film night is on Friday September 28th. Screening at 7pm. Futbolistas4Life screening. Filmmaker in attendance. Free. RSVP. BrasArte: September 30 – Brazilian Shorts & Beast In the Jungle  


  3. LGBT

    A couple of feature films that you’ll enjoy. Both have a connection to Mexico. The shorts program includes three shorts (Mai, Valentine’s Day, and Flamingo)with subtle and not so subtle lesbian story lines.

    Falling in, falling out, gives you the feels.


  5. Music In Film

    From our opening night film to the closing, music is big. Check out these titles.


  6. RoxCine Co-Presents

    The Roxie once again hosts the San Francisco Latino Film Festival including screenings on opening night, closing night and several screenings with filmmakers. Check out the line-up. Co-Presented with RoxCine, your year-round space for Latino Cinema.


  7. Screenings at ATA

    The ATA supports independent filmmakers. They’ll be hosting several programs.


  8. Stay Woke

    These documentaries shed light on some important figuresĀ  in history connected to struggles for Civil Rights, Labor, and self-determination. Dolores Huerta and Cesar Chavez are iconic figures. There are a few others.


  9. A Taste of Cuba

    A few visual morsels from Cuba.


  10. US LATINX Films

    This year we’re lucky to have a good amount of narrative features from the US. These films were made in the Bay Area, Texas, and Chicago. Filmmakers in attendance for all of these films. We have to tell our own stories and need to support these filmmakers.
